Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator
The ideal candidate must be professional, energetic, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have exceptional written and oral communication skills. They should have a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, (i.e. Excel, Word & Outlook), and be able to work both as a team player and independently as required.
· Assist project managers in coordination of projects. · verbal and written client/vendor communications · Maintain databases as well as import and export data from various MS office applications. · Appointment scheduling · General office tasks
