Patricia A. StankovichProject Manager - RF Compliance
Patti Stankovich has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously worked in Bell Laboratories, Bellcore (now Telcordia Technologies), and Edwards and Kelcey. Her background spans software development, database management, project management, and -- since 1997 -- antenna site RF exposure and compliance with FCC and OSHA regulations. Patti serves multiple roles in PTG -- occasionally helping manage our business operations and human resources functions, as well as performing RF compliance assessments.
Patti has been involved in RF compliance for more than 5,000 antenna sites, including both mathematical- and measurements-based assessments. She also is an integral part of the PTG team that constructed our training seminars on antenna site RF safety. Patti's professional experience with electromagnetic fields, however, dates back to 1988 when she co-authored a technical paper, "VDT Use and Reported Health Effects: A Bellcore Overview".
Also while at Bellcore, Patti played an integral role in supporting the Systems Subcommittee of the FCC's "blue ribbon" Committee on Advanced Television Services, whose work resulted in the FCC adoption of the new HDTV standard.
Patti's earlier experience in Bell Labs involved one of the Bell System's largest OSS systems, Premises Information System (PREMIS). While there, she was trained as a UNIX user and programmer, and later co-authored the Bellcore training guide, "Very Basic UNIX: A Practical Guide for the Wary Beginner". She also served as the system administrator of Bellcore's Project Tracking System.
Patti's software development skills have been put to good use in the development and enhancement of Pinnacle Telecom Group's internal project management software and models for RF exposure assessments.
