Warren KahnDirector - Organizational DevelopmentWarren Kahn is PTG’s lead management trainer, and specializes in management, leadership, and team development initiatives. He has more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership training, having worked in that capacity for Hoffmann-La Roche, Public Service Electric & Gas, ITT Defense Communications, and Hilti Fastening Systems. With Hoffmann-La Roche, Warren created learning and development plans to improve management and leadership effectiveness, performance management and organizational change efforts. He provided one-on-one coaching, designed team development workshops for more than 300 professionals, and developed and implemented a development curriculum for more than 400 managers and leaders. He also designed and facilitated a performance management and development planning training program for 250 field sales managers. With PSE&G, Warren designed a leadership development program, created and implemented a corporate-wide intranet-based orientation process, and designed a leading edge evaluation system to measure the effectiveness of training and development deliverables. He was a productivity program leader with ITT, and a productivity specialist and planning analyst for Hilti Fastening Systems. For the past two years, Warren has focused on helping organizations as an external consultant. His recent accomplishments include the design and global implementation of a leadership workshop for a major energy management company, and the management of the training function for the American Red Cross. Warren received his bachelor of science degree in education from the State University College of New York at Buffalo, and attended graduate classes at Southern Connecticut State College. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Benchmarks 360 instruments.
